Morning Refresher Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ bunch spinach
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cucumber, peeled
  • ½ cup goat’s milk kefir
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Water

DIRECTIONS

1 In a high-powered
blender, combine all
ingredients, adding
water as necessary.
Purée on high until
smooth.
